Foxglove Sweetheart Choreography Workshop

Misc: Learn one of the staple Foxglove Sweethearts choreography. Movements will be broken down and drilled, then combinations will be joined together for the complete choreography. Jill will take time to make sure you understand the nuance that makes her dancing so intoxicating!

Come learn Jill's unique and exciting ways for breaking down shimmies. You will experience 3/4 shimmies, 4/4 shimmies, walking with shimmies, layering with shimmies, and fabulous shimmy combos. Bring water and shimmy till you drop!

Ooey Gooey Slow & Slinky / Jill Parker (DM) 2-4pm
In addition to Jill"s unparalleled mentoring skills, she"s famous for her super stylized, slinky, sensuous, muscular movements. In this workshop Jill coaches you through drills, adding technical insights, answering questions and proving you with tools for unlocking even the most difficult concepts. Bring your slow movements to deeper, more fluid, juicier, graceful, soulful level. You"ll find Jill"s workshop environment challenging, focused, encouraging and most of all FUN.
